When things are changing - and the usual answers no longer feel sufficient
Stay well, remain true to yourself - and live a meaningful life
The more I observe people - in clinical practice, leadership contexts, and wider conversations about how we live - the more I wonder whether many of the struggles we face arise because we have learned to separate aspects of life that were never meant to exist apart.
My work explores the connection between wellbeing, purpose, and the way we live, lead and contribute.
Through talks, masterclasses and writing, I share ideas and practical ways to help people stay well, remain true to themselves, and navigate change with greater integrity and agency.
Work with organisations
Many organisations are losing their most experienced women at the stage when those women often have the most to offer. The reasons are rarely visible - and rarely named.
Marina works with leadership teams, HR leaders, and women’s leadership networks to address what she calls the Midlife Glass Ceiling: the invisible barrier that emerges when midlife physiology intersects with professional environments not yet structured to recognise it.
This is a leadership pipeline issue. Not a wellness one.
Speaking
When things are changing - and the usual answers no longer feel sufficient - Marina helps people think differently about how they live, lead, and contribute.
Marina speaks at events, in organisations, and on podcasts. Her talks connect ideas often treated as separate: health and ambition, physiology and leadership, performance and meaning.
People tend to leave not with another plan, but with a different way of seeing.
Online Masterclasses
Midlife as Evolution
An online masterclass exploring physiological change, renewed purpose, and personal evolution in midlife.
A reflective and practical approach to understanding this transition - not as a set of separate issues, but as a meaningful phase of change.
