When things are changing - and the usual answers no longer feel sufficient
Connecting wellbeing, purpose, and the way we live, lead, and contribute
The more I observe people - in clinical practice, leadership contexts, and wider conversations about how we live - the more I wonder whether many of the struggles we face arise because we have learned to separate aspects of life that were never meant to exist apart.
My work explores the relationship between wellbeing as foundation, purpose as direction, and the way we live, lead and contribute as expression.
Through talks, masterclasses and writing, I share how reconnecting these dimensions helps us stay well, make choices that are good for ourselves and good for others, and live in a way that feels just right - especially in times of change and uncertainty.
Work with organisations
Marina brings physiological literacy and philosophical wisdom to leaders and organisations to help strengthen judgement, navigate transitions, and lead with greater integrity, humanity, and attention to wellbeing.
Current focus: women in leadership through midlife, professional life in transition, and judgement under pressure.
Speaking
When things are changing - and the usual answers no longer feel sufficient - Marina helps people think differently about how they live, lead, and contribute.
Marina speaks at events, in organisations, and on podcasts. Her talks connect ideas often treated as separate: health and ambition, physiology and leadership, performance and meaning.
People tend to leave not with another plan, but with a different way of seeing - one that leads them back to themselves.
Online Masterclasses
Midlife as Evolution
An online masterclass exploring physiological change, renewed purpose, and personal evolution in midlife.
A reflective and practical approach to understanding this transition - not as a set of separate issues, but as a meaningful phase of change.
